Wood panels are certified to meet California Air Resources Board (CARB) Phase II standards.
The core of the panels is made of 100% recycled and/or recovered wood fiber.
Our packaging process uses over 95% recyclable materials.
The corrugated cardboard packaging used for shipping an average job consists of 30-50% recycled paper products.
98% of our inbound cardboard from our suppliers is recycled into packing material onsite.
100% of our waste product resulting from cut closet rods is recycled.
Once you place your project order with us it will move directly to the plant floor. No changes can be made, so we advise placing the order only after double-checking measurements and verifying colors and accessories. This direct-to-the-plant-floor system allows us to turn around projects quickly and efficiently
We do not offer overnight manufacturing or replacement services. Manufacturing times are estimated. Most projects are manufactured within 3-5 days of order placement
Shipping dates from our fabricator, are estimated. Once a project has left the plant, we do not guarantee shipping arrival dates. Most of our projects leave the plant via freight (LTL) companies, smaller projects are sent via UPS, but we reserve the right to use a freight delivery company if circumstances warrant it.
We strongly advise against scheduling exact install dates until an order has arrived intact, and you have verified there are no missing or damaged contents. However, please know the fabricator is vigorous in their efforts to safely box, palletize, and shrink-wrap our freight deliveries to ensure your project arrives safely.
We do not offer full refunds on our custom-cut projects. To cancel a project prior to installation, and the project is still boxed or palletized, we will honor a 50% restocking fee. All design purchases are made to order to provide customer solutions that meet their specific needs.
In the event you find missing or damaged contents, please be assured we will send replacements to you immediately, but we do not offer overnight or UPS 2-day delivery.
